Got my usual weekend coral fix
The frag attached to the piece of styrofoam is an acan Lorhowensis and the funky lookin bugger with it is a blue dot sea hare. Ill get better pics later as usual

I love Acans, they are absolutely beautiful. Once my tank has upgraded lighting, I'll be adding them. lol That light upgrade could take quite a while. LOL

I have a fair amount of hair algae,I will also feed him nori.Here is a pic of the acan from today.

Nice acan frag! They're generally a hardy and colorful coral (and can multiply quite quickly).

Im thinking of a place to attach it. Can I stick it sideways to my rock like I did my favia?

One of my acan heads are almost sideways on one of my rocks.
It seams to be OK, but it is a really really big pain in the backside to feed, if you want to feed your acans
You just have to make sure it won't in a shaded spot because of it.If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.
