AmyLynn's 5 gallon beta sorority
I (finally) lost my male betta this morning. I've been watching him for weeks now thinking he was going to give up. This morning I realized that he couldn't swim anymore and was just wiggling himself across the bottom and that it was time to help him out of his sad existence.
Enter the 3 ladies..... The tank now is a betta sorority. Found 2 cute little females at petsmart for 99 cents apiece. Thinking they are veils, but petsmart is horrible about labeling their ladies. Got the third little crowntail female at Petco. So far only a little squabble between a couple. Otherwise they just swim around quietly. The tank sits on the kitchen counter and is visible from 3 sides. Planted and running an aquaclear 20. Temporary light since the other one up and died. Replacement will be here Monday and is a 7W azoo.

Pink girl.... The other light colored one hides every time the camera is out. The blue veil is refusing to come out of the plants at all.

Thanks.
It's honestly been my easiest tank to take care of. The plants grow slowly, but nice. No algae.

That's a cute rascal, It's always nice when you can simply chill with it for a large % of the time. :

Thanks. Hard to believe there's 3 fish in there. LOL Hopefully I'll get a shot with all 3 girls in a few days when they settle.

It is hard to believe that that tank is only 5g. It is densely planted yet open. You did an amazing job on the aquascaping. I wish that I could do 1/4 as good as you.
