I agree, I had some a long time ago and I remember they were about hat size. About that big ones size is when I think mine got legs...they're coming on that one, slowly! It's hard to see, but that tad is getting legs. Warming the water slightly might help. Are they leaning on floating objects a lot? This means legs soon as well.29 Gallon: 6 Zebra Dianos, Albino BN Pleco, Ghost Shrimp

I've fallen behind in my photodocumenting, haven't I? Well, they're still alive, and they still don't have legs. I took some pictures, but now the camera is on the fritz so I can't upload them.

The largest of the three has just now started to grow a leg.

I know I have shown grainy photos with something coming out of the back of the tadpole before, but this time it is 100% for sure. I can see toes and everything. It's only on the biggest tadpole and it may only be on one side so far.
It's gotten quite a bit warmer around here, and as a result the room with the tank in it has gone from about 71 degrees average to higher than that, sometimes up to 80 degrees in the middle of the day. I think that may have triggered this tadpole to finally start transforming.300 gallon mega tank: build in progress

Here it is, a week later:

Still just the biggest tadpole that's growing legs. Definitely one leg on each side, too.300 gallon mega tank: build in progress

got a pretty clear overhead view while I was doing a water change. It's still just the largest tadpole with legs, but they're coming along nicely.
