For those who ask about Jewel Aggression (Vid)
For those who ask about keeping jewel cichlids and how aggressive they can be, as I did in the thread below this, I came across this video on youtube. Not my tank, just found the video.
Good lord, I see what you guys are talking about. I have never seen a fish so relentlessly go after a fish so much bigger than itself lol.

Gez, I would watch that fish about 20 minutes and he'd be out in the snowbank. I do not like mean fish.

I noticed one of the youtube comments pointed out that the jewel bit off part of the other guys fin, I wouldn't stand around and film, I would separate the aggressor or at least try to distract them

Yeah they can be hellions. Comparable to Mbuna at times.
