Got my GFO reactor up and running today. I ended up with a Dual GFO/Carbon reactor from Bulk Reef Supply. The former owners of my tank had one for $35. :) I'll get a pic or 2 this afternoon of the tank.

I should be able to finish with the substrate removal tonight. Tank actually has been re-aquascaped as a result of this project. The old scape was not really working on a BB tank simply because the rocks wanted to slide around, to rearranging them became necessary.
Yes, this is another pictureless teaser. LOL I'll try to get some pictures tomorrow once things clear up.Considering a Marine Aquarium? A Breakdown of the Components, Live Rock, Cycling a Marine Tank

Couple of upgrades lately. :) Added a pair of Koralia 4's to the system to bring the total flow to 6400gph. Also, within the next month or so, there will be Calcium reactor added. :)
As for livestock additions, well, there have been a few additions to the coral collection. Added a Hammer, Duncan, Acan, 2 different birdsnests, and a monti digitata.
Also picked up a 33 long to use as a frag tank.Considering a Marine Aquarium? A Breakdown of the Components, Live Rock, Cycling a Marine Tank

I really like Duncans and Hammers, they are amoung my favorite corals
Post a pic of the tank if you can, I would love to see how it is coming alongIf you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.
