Thread: 3ft planted shrimp tank

I drop in a bunch of food and dont drop in another lot until the old food is gone (usually every 2 days)
I alternate what they get
Algae disks
Shrimp pellets
Zucchini
Fish flakes

just wondering if you put in a couple of lobsters or crayfish, would they eat the shrimps?
btw, nice tank! and nice shrimps too! :D
i am now jealous and thinking of putting some shrimps in my tank. LOL

No interest in adding crays, dirty beasties and escape artists and they would absolutely shred my plants lol
Yep i feed em shrimps and they love em too lol They will eat their own kind if they stumble across a dead one, they also polish of any cast off exoskeletons.
Nope no fishies allowed, this tank is purely for the cherries (and the few peppermint juvies). Even small fish would eat my baby cherries and i cant have that *LOL*Lots of tanks

This is awesome!~ I love it. I am trying to work on a cherry tank, too. You have given me some good ideas. I only have 6 RCS - I have a ways to go, huh? lol

Tank has had a rescape. The Java fern was feral, so removed quite a lot. Now i can see the tank again
