Simple light hood/canopy

I'm setting up a 20 gallon long planted tank and decided that it needed a canopy. This is what I came up with

And you can always use corner trim to finish off the rough edges

Nothing says homemade like corner trim. Unless you custom cut some hardwood and miter in multiple directions. But, if you can do that, you have the skills to not need corner trim.

For the rest of us, fill any gaps with filler, sand, seal, sand, paint.
