Thread: Hello i am new

  1. Default Hello i am new

My tank is not even ready accept fish yet but i have this wagtail platy. Shop owner said it would give birth before i can actually set the tank but i am not so sure so i have questions please.

    1) Would mother platy eat the fry?

    2) Is this one really due anytime soon?

    the link says currently unavailable.

EDIT: But yes, they will eat their young. Sorry. Unless you have something for them to hide in where they are now that the mother cant get to, they will be eaten.
