Hello from Northern California!
Hello everyone!
I'm excited to be a member of this forum---it looks great!
I've been keeping fish since I was 12. At the moment I'm cycling a 20 gallon planted aquarium. I'm not quite sure what I'll stock it with yet (there are so many fish to choose from!).
The tank I do have stocked is a five gallon. It's heavily planted and houses a dwarf puffer, a couple ghost shrimp, and a dwarf African frog. I change half the water twice a week with reverse osmosis (which I'm lucky enough to have :D ). The tanks inhabitants seem to be happy and I'm really happy with how it looks.
I live in beautiful Northern California and am homeschooled. I play the piano (since I was 7) and love music. I enjoy reading a good book and on and off like writing. I love hiking, camping, and being near the ocean. Oh, yeah, I also love fish! :D
Well, there's my introduction. I can't wait to join in the discussions here!

Welcome to the forum
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.
