Does anyone know the breed?

I bought a new fish for my aquarium today. At the store, it said "XL veiltail goldfish". Came home, and looked around the web, for the specific breed. I'm leaning towards a sort of lionhead. But I read on this site, that a pure white one, is very rare. Is "he" a white lionhead?

Looks like a "XL veiltail goldfish" to me. The proper name would be Carassius auratus but called veiltails.

Oranda Goldfish. Hope you have a big tank! They also need a heater if you want them healthy -- water should be no less than 72˙F.

Actually most goldfish like the water on the cold side, and while 72 is within their comfort zone, it's not necessary to keep it at no less than 72.

It's common knowledge that goldfish are a cold water species, and keeping their tank temperature anywhere within the 65-75 degree range is fine.
