I would like to modify the above design to two intake attached to one reserve.

E.G. 2 BLUE PVC to 1 YELLOW PVC

Are your trying to increase the flow ?

Having a second intake will not allow you to increase flow at all unless you increase the size if the piping were the blue vertical intake tubes meet the horizontal blue pipe

Are you doing this as a backup in case one gets clogged? That would make sense, though with a well designed prefilter, it wont be a concern.

Or you can just do two overflows, one in each corner.
