    Default albino bristlenose escaped??

I had a bristle for about 3-4wks and looked fit and healthy, few days ago I couldnt find it in the tank anywhere and was alarmed to find it on the floor dead at the back of the tank?
The tank has a hood/sliding glass and is always covered- only way it could have got out was a gap where the wires enter the tank for filter etc. It would have had to climb out the water and then dive out the hole at the back!? I never thoughht this could have been possible!
Anyone heard of this- what was it doing up there- it did occasionaly sit on top of the filter at top of tank but never would have expected it to do this????

How long have you had your tank? Have you tested your water? Plecos are known to jump if the water quality is poor...

I've lost BN and Synodontis that swam up the outflow from a hob filter, then landed on the glass tops instead of back into the tank on the return trip.

    ^^^^Please click the eggs/dragons, thanks.
