    Red face red belly pacu

    we have a red belly pacu,he/she was in a tank with other fish,we ave just transferred him/her into a tank by him/herself 4 more room and now we ave noticed his/her gills are considerably more red than normal.We ave also been told that they do sulk too but i dont think this the problem. any suggestions from fellow pacu owners please. thanks.

    welcome and your ammonia levels may be too high, you might want to check it or take a sample of your water to petco or a local fish store and they'll test it for you.
