in my 10g Hatchet tank I have 5 Hatchets and was wondering If I put a few Cherry Shrimp or Bambo or Mountain or Ghost would it be ok? The hatchets 100% stay on top.

Small variety shrimp would be perfectly fine in there. Some fish may be aggressive to the shrimp, so make sure they have plenty of hiding spaces to which they can retreat.
8 tanks running now:
1x 220 gallon, 2x55 gallon, 1x40 gallon long, 1x29 gallon, 1x20 gallon long, 1x5.5 gallon, 1x2 gallon
Gouramis, barbs, rasboras, plecos, corys, tetras, fancy guppies, swordtails, ottos, rainbow shark, upside-down catfish, snails, and Max and Sparkles the bettas.

10g Hatchet has 2 Small Amazon Swords. One on each side and 4 fake Dwarf Hairgrass in the middle. My Hatchets never go the bottom. Even during feeding time if the food starts to drop to the bottom they do not eat it. It must float on the Surface or they do not eat it.
