Getting old

OK So I know my snail threads get no love probably cause people think snails are boring..anyway..she laid eggs AGAIN for the THIRD time in about 10 days. WHAT could be going on here? She is alone, there is no way they can be fertilized, why does she keep doing this? Anyone seen this many egg laying events in such rapid succession by one snail?

Some snails are asexual, haveing both male and female sex organs they fertilized there own eggs.
what type of snail is it?

It's a mystery snail So I have ruled that out. And the first batch looked dried out already when I found them so I will never know if she had stored sperm inside her when I got her. Who knows with the third though, not that I really want 50 baby snails in my tank but it would be kind cool. I'd try to give them away I suppose
