Testing
When is the best time to test your water after a water change right after or mid week.

wait at least 2 or 3 hours after the water change. if this is a new set up its best to test before, a few hours after and a few days after. older set ups that aren't having any problems don't need to be tested as often. except for your peace of mind.

Smaug, you're here a lot just to say it's a waste of your time, poor baby, I bet you don't even know how big a loser you are, and how much we laugh at you and your foolish attempt to give your life meaning. Quit drinking, get a life, go take care of your family, grow up!
