    Default aquarium logbook?

just wondering how many people keep an aquarium logbook?
i have one that i log all WC's, nitrate readings, new additions of flora and fauna, lighting schedule algae growth (hours of light vs a 1-10 scale of how much algae there is).

i just started to make an excel table and graph for the nitrate portion. going to chart it for a month and see how the curve falls.

    anyone else do anything similiar?

I have a spreadsheet, but it only tracks when fish, inverts, and plants were added, and (if applicable) when they died.

I started one for the parameters for my reef tank. To track how well my dosing if working to maintain the correct parameters so I could figured out the exact amount to dose and to watch for changes
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

I have a spreadsheet that keeps track of everything from when I added a fish, to water parameters, to how many gallons I've put thru my ro/di unit.

I started it back when I had 6 tanks and started having trouble remembering which tank I had done what to, lol.
