Size of the tank to get once and for all.
So, I have 3 tanks. I always find one smaller and get a bigger one. But, my biggest one still seems kinda small. It's not really small but still not the one I always dream of. I already made my parents spend a fortune, so I decided that I will work on the week-ends (hope I can manage that with university and theatre.) So, my question is. What kind of boss tank I should get just to finish this dreams I get. I want to finish this envy of other peoples tanks and also going "Man the money on this tank kinda looks like it has been wasted". I shouldn't be the only one out there like this.

The type of fish don't matter. I just want to create my own little eco-system. It might be a big goldfish palace or a big chiclid arena or a small tropical fish garden with a lot of decor (lolz at metaphorical use.)

The answer to that question is the biggest tank you can possibly get. I know even when I upgrade to some 125g I'm going to want 210s, then I'm gonna want even bigger. It doesn't end and you'll probably always want bigger.

As you progress in this hobby the specifics of what 'makes you happy' changes, This makes your goal unachievable.

You will always want a bigger tank. Go as big as you can, but keep in mind It doesn't matter the tank size to make it look good. You can have a small tank and make it look amazing! Imagination...
