Gr8 pics. It's all about the glass. If you have great glass, your pictures will be awesome. I love taking late night pics with a longer exposure like that. Lately I have been messing around with image stacking for cool, fun effects, and am working with a friend to make a tilt-shift diy lens. Keep it up.

    Good job on the pics
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

I think the d7000 is the camera my mom has. It takes really nice pics if you can figure out how to use it lol. I need a nicer camera so I can get some quality pics of my fish.

    Great pics though!

@ vincent: a friend of mine recently made one, although his didnt turn out to well haha. ide love to see yours once its done. and i agree its all about glass as well. my camera was roughly 300$. my lenses total close to 1200$. none of them are "super amazing" lenses, but they get the job done for me

    @ Artificial:
i actually didnt HDR the second picture. i agree the content is boring but it was more of an experiment to show my friend the color difference between a f 1.8 30 second exposure, and a f22 30 second exposure.
what do you mean by the horizon being off though, thats actually something i havent heard before in those terms.

yea the last picture is my least favorite due to the focus, but i actually had to hold a flashlight and manually focus because the camera couldnt "see" the tree with it being so dark.

    more C&C welcome from anyone!
