Thread: See Thru Platty

  1. Default See Thru Platty

Hello, I went to Walmart last night (yeah, I know) but I was looking at their fish, and they had 4 plattys in the tank that were actually see thru, like the see thru guppys now available. I had never seen those before, and since they were in good condition, I bought them, and now have them set up in a tank full of plants. 2 of them, a male amd 1 female, are totally see thru their bones, stomache , everything including the babies in the female are visable. The male has the mickey mouse pattern on his tail. 2 other females look to be only partly seethru, they have orange and blck markings on them. I have emailed several breeders, and so far no one has heard of them. Has anyone here? No luck on line. Can anyone tell me anything? Thanks

Upload it to Photobucket and you can cut and past the link from there and paste it on a reply to your post and it will show. Or you can hit reply to this, and then hit "go advanced" and hit the paperclip icon and attach a picture from there...
