I've been able to leave the house for longer and longer periods of time without being in pain. Today I was out for about eight hours. I'm on the road to recovery from foot surgery. Haven't even taken a pain pill since 7am.

From the "Impeccable Timing Dept" When I asked the receptionist about donating my hair today... the customer in front of me turned right around and said that she would be happy to take it as she is one of the local Relay-for-Life team organizers.

Now we will just have to see what the man says about my new haircut

Just got out of work, and glad to finally be home, no one swore at me tonight, or told me that I had the wrong number. I work as a poller- calling random people on land and cell,and doing the national poll preceding the elections. But now sleep evades and AC is just begging to be looked at!

So glad I can have my fish fix!

Finally,Lemmy from MOTORHEAD is getting the recognition he deserves for being a pioneer of the metal music scene.VH1 classic had a documentary on him tonight,and wow 62 years old and still touring and writing songs for other musicians.By the way his band is in the world records book for loudest band live.Hope he can hold in there health ways,as Ronnie James Dio was a sad loss.
