Last night we watched Disc 1 of Season 1 of 'The Walking Dead'...didn't think I would like it...but it's actually quite entertaining...albeit rather gross in a hack-the-zombie-and-watch-the-blood-spray-and-spatter way...

Hurray! 99% of the lumber is gone to become future home of some chickens. I have now reclaimed approximately 10x10 space! And I got a nice atta-girl from the bf for doing it so effectively.

The two older kids were away for the night...the youngest slept in because he has no school today.

Boy! Was breakfast and getting ready to leave ever nice and quiet!

I'm sure I'll miss though...once they're all out of the house...but for now it was such a relaxing change!

Took the dogs for a walk yesterday...and it was muddy and cold (moreso than I thought). Normally I would have turned back...but I'm determined to get more exercise...so pushed through the entire 5 km.

I might have to go back and buy them yet...

Walked another 5 km yesterday. Even though I didn't want to.

Feels good when I push through with the physical activity in less-than-ideal weather conditions...

XD There's a plush copepod sitting on top of the female betta tank, and there's a plush brain cell living on the dash of my car. Am still trying to find a plush sea sparkle
