Worked. Why are Mondays (today was a Monday becuase of the long weekend) are in inverse proportion to how good your weekend was?
I had a really great, too short, long weekend.
I had a really long, too long, work day.

Had to take mom out to make some copies of stuff at the library, drop other stuff off at an accountant's, and then get some groceries. Mom is walking now; her leg is sore. She hasn't used it for two and a half months, so it's no surprise the leg's weak and it hurts.

^_^ My BioShock novel arrived today. In the game I got through the Fontaine Futuristics level without getting killed every five minutes by a Rumbler that had to walk through a fight at just the wrong moment and catch a bullet.

Found my supervisor! I have enough to do to keep me busy for another 3-4 days!

Then I have to find him again...

Taking my 16-year old for his 2nd driver's test today...neither one of us is looking forward to it...

On the bad side...lost one housecat outside overnight (screen door was left open due to heat, cat managed to push herself out through it...even though it was latched). We had to leave before we could find her.

And I have an injured hen...not sure I can do much for her, but I need to catch her and make sure whatever it is isn't infected.
