Can't do that if your 'new posts' button doesn't work. Now I'm stuck in the Lounge...

Sooo...drove to the city for a movie last night...(finally saw Harry Potter)...we stopped and bought the tickets first...then went to go for dinner...and...

The truck died. New truck. 3 months old. Oil pressure light went on. Waited for tow truck. Despite having the hazards flashing and the hood up...we kept getting honked at (what exactly don't you understand?). Tow truck finally came, and we had time to walk back to the movie theatre in time to see the movie.

Then we had to find a rental. Not so easy around here late on a Saturday (we tried earlier and couldn't get through to anyone). Finally found one at the airport...took a cab out there...and drove home...

Got a Toyota Rav4. Dunno if I like it. Space is good inside...but something about it I'm not so happy with...the seats?

It may be a small consolation, but try this. and let me know if it works. I have no clue if it will or not.

I know you wont switch browsers but another option might be to rollback your IE version. If you cant figure out how i might be able to help.

Thanks! It didn't work...but I'm hoping William will upgrade soon...real soon...

If it gets to the point I can't stand it, I'll see what else I can do. I have no issues with the new version of IE...in fact, I like it...so I don't really want to switch back just for AC...even though I luv AC...

I'm not sure what it is about the seats in the Rav4...they're weirdly low...I think I like sitting up higher.

I'll likely be needing a new (used) vehicle in a year or two...so I'd be looking at 2011s at that point.

I'm really starting to wonder of anybody even reads my posts. It takes forever and some arm-twisting to get responses from anybody.

Started playing BioShock 2 today while waiting out the pain and nausea of hell week. I managed to get almost all the way through Ryan Amusements without getting killed (it was a Big Sister that got me). Once I got to Siren Alley I got killed a dozen times by the Rumblers (those things are annoying ><). Got to Dionysus Park before calling it a night.

Tank and house maintenance day.

Anybody sleep thru those thunderstorms last night? 10,000 people out of power in the area, some jim-dandy thunder and lightning - usually I like to watch storms, but at 2am all I really want to do is sleep...

going to google the origin of "Jim-dandy" lol

Cleaned the dog yard...my legs are stiff from all the ups and downs...

Got some groceries...made dinner, dug up the first potato plant. All we planted this year were purple potatoes (I love purple mashed potatoes)...but these were still so small, I just cooked them up as baby potatoes...but they were actually not too bad!

Today, back at work...another day another set of tables and Excel sheets...

Went to a dance performance last night. Put on by the dance troupe I take my exercise/dance classes with.

It's fun to see everyone all costumed up and doing their best.
