I'd love to be on an oil rig in Norway! I'd bring the Mini-D with me...no chickens to chase (at least I'd think there would be no chickens...

).

No one seems worse for wear today...so we got off lightly...I think I'll take her to the city with me...and get her a new collar...a little martingale for walks. She can slip out of her regular collar, but I don't want to tighten it more on her (or her hair will wear off underneath)...while we are there, we'll go for a little straight walk...

Mini dachshund, I think... Though I could be wrong >.>

Had to get up hellishly early in the morning (by my standards) for the Day of Endless Appointments. First was mom's x-ray just after 8am, then we had to wait around until my appointment with our family doctor at 9:50am, and then spent another hour in the waiting room. I was having my stitches removed and my left ear checked to make sure no glass from the car window had gotten into my inner ear (yes, I actually had shards of window glass in my ear.) Got another prescription for my Ritalin while I was at it.

From the hospital/health park to the orthodontist. Waited there for nearly an hour before being taken in, and waited in the treatment area for a half hour before the doc got to me. Turns out I have three chipped teeth and the collision last week knocked my teeth askew; had to get my retainer adjusted to get them back into place.

One more appointment late in the afternoon. I also managed to get into the used game shop and have my copy of Left 4 Dead replaced; the disk was cracked so it wouldn't read, load, or save properly. The store is holding Left 4 Dead 2 and the Silent Hill HD Collection for me. I'm stoked.

Home sick, so just pottering around

3x 4ft tanks arrived today, so will shortly start cleaning the back and sides ready to be painted.
Will empty and move the 2.5ft tank, replace with the 3ft tank if it will fit, need to do some measuring. If not decide where the 3ft is going to go *LOL*

I have 3 dogs...but the injured chicken-chaser is the miniature Dachshund!

Got her collar yesterday...not much selection in the small sizes...was lucky just to find one that fit! Bonus: it's pink...

And yes...note to self: The dog IS in charge...

Busy day today...just a lot of running around and appointments...be home later tonight...

Well... its Desk assembly day take two... I hope. The replacement parts are on the FedEx truck and Out for Delivery to me.

Hopefully they will have come through just fine so I can get my new desk with its drawers and cupboard!
