I just got 5 of those a week ago. They are very entertaining small fish. What are they going in with?

after quarantine period, they'll be going into my 40g planted tank. occupants of the 40g breeder tank are 30-35 boraras maculatus, 30ish boraras merah and 25 brigittae. All of those are microrasboras, they all stay under an inch in size. I figured these guys would fit in well, they'll be the big guys in the tank. Also some otocinclus and red cherry shrimp in the tank. I think a few pygmy cories still, hard to tell never really see them.

Did you find the Cherry Shrimp at a chain pet store, localy, or online. I have not been able to find them except for online which the shipping is outrageous.

Heading home today. Bit of breakfast, then 6.5 hours on the road to visit my Mom on her 60th! My dad is baking her a cake from scratch!

Got them originally from a local member of the fish club I'm in. Depending on where you are, the shrimp should cost maybe a dollar each. On some forums you can get them for around $20-$25 for 20 shipped.

Well presently I'm having my coffee waiting for the lawn care guys to show up. They said yesterday they would be by today to do some pruning as their regular fall maint., which I'm thinking will save me some hard work if I get them to prune the stuff I want pruned as part of the deal. Unfortunately today is fluctuating between "torrential downpour" to plain rain and back again (as opposed to general misty light rain all day) so not sure if they will really truly be out today or not.
Did some minor chores already... I'm hoping to have time to do both my WCs and the grocery store later.
I'm also hoping to test this book collecting software out more and decide if I want to spend the cash on it, or not. And list a few items on craigslist to clean some of the stuff that frankly is just a space eater at this point. (Old trading card sets, an old car, etc.)

I siphoned the 10-gal today... The girls are not impressed. Red Amber keeps watching me when he thinks I'm not looking, and then when I look at him he tries to pretend he wasn't staring at me. Right now he's giving the most confused look to a peacock feather behind his tank XD
I'm currently reading the "All Hail Megatron" Transformers comic series and wishing certain annoying parental units would leave me alone for a while.
