Whatcha doin' today?

I like these types of threads - I like knowing how everyone's 'regular' day pans out...so I'm starting a new one.

I'm off to go shopping with my 21-year old. I need to get him his belated birthday present. He wants sunglasses.

Saturday I spent over 2 hours with the 15-year old...he bought himself a new Bataleon snowboard, Burton bindings and Dakine bag...I think I'm up with the jargon at this point. Hopefully this stuff will last him for several years.

So much for my 'young' activities.

Tonight I have rehearsal with my older cohorts...need to go rosin up my bow!

How's your day panning out?

My day is going pretty well. Just waiting for the fiancée to get home so we can go Skiing/Snoboarding.

If your 15 year old is anything like me, the snowboarding stuff might last him a year lol. Then again I ride almost every other day. I am also NOT easy on my equipment.

I also have to go grocery shopping tonight. I hate spending $100 at the store on food. I always thing wow I could have got a lot of fish tank stuff for that lol.

I am sitting at work irritated that I even came in.

-8 outside and snowing, only like 15 people in the office, and every single one of them needs help with something RIGHT NOW!

my entire day has been sitting watching tv, and reading. about to head into work until 10 tonight. probably more reading and tv when i get off!

And my day just got a whole lot more interesting.

One of the managers who doesn't like my boss just found out we have a fish tank in our office, and is raising 10 different kinds of hell about it. Everything from concerns about it leaking and flooding everywhere (a whole 10 gallons), to his concern about our welfare, since according to him we are at risk of catching a disease from them.

Some people need to retire once the only reason they go to work is to make others miserable.

Haha, you are probably better off by banning PEOPLE from being in the office if you are worried about disease transmission!

Contemplating the fact on whether or not I should let my mom know I have a 10g cycling in my shed... lol

Also trying to figure out if I should put it on my brother's dresser in the middle of the room or in my kitchen to add a little bit of life to this dreaded room

Today I found out im not getting the house I wanted, so I went and moped around a fish store for a hour. LOL! I went to go get my daughter and saw a few of her friends walking down the street SMOKING!! UGH... So we had a discussion about that. I dropped a guinea pig about 3 feet as I was putting her into her cage, and shes so fat she could barely turn upright again. Today isnt going very well....
