Good luck with the nursing back to health. He's in good hands and if anyone can get him well, it's you.

I'm glad to hear that he is doing better. Hopefully he makes a complete and speedy recovery.

I drove a town over and managed to find a box of General Cure which treats HITH/Hexamita so Im sure it will do the trick. He is no longer at the top of the water and is moving about a bit more. Hopefully the more specific treatment does the job. Fish in the 150G are just as bossy and hungry as ever so it seems this is an isolated random case, probably harbored the parasite and got stressed from the Sev. taking over his area of the tank which brought it on. Best I can come up with anyway.
Thanks for the encouraging comments everyone, I also hope he pulls through...Orbicularis are amazing looking fish. If he doesnt make it I wont be shelling out the cash to get another, will either go with a domestic fish or a F1-F2.

Seems the Orbicularis is doing better, the marks on his head are completely gone now and he ate a few bloodworms this evening. He does seem to have some abdominal swelling which I hope is just from the Hexamita. If not once treatment with the General Cure is over I will add some Epsom salt to the water to make sure it isnt some sort of blockage. Things are looking up

Thanks Rich. I ordered some Metro which should be here by the time his course of treatment with the General Cure is over. I will mix some of the powder into his frozen food. Im also going to feed my other tanks some Metro mixed with their food for a few days just as a precautionary thing.
