i dont know why they dont get rid of it
this place close to my place gives me the creeps.
Theres a old hospital by my place, about 10 minutes away. they closed it down in '92 i think for some reason, probably lack of funding. i cant believe the city doesnt tear it down. it is the single most scary thing ever. its the size of a tall business building and pale white. the land around it is junk and most of the windows are broken. it is freaky
i went with some people in there a year back, and it is SCARY. the only light is flashlight, and the inside was crazy. there still was regular hospital stuff, beds, gloves, clocks, everything. the scariest part was the morgue. nobody has yet opened a drawer. if theres a body, noone wants to find it.
i wont go there again, else i cant sleep for a few days. the city wont tear it down since they think its not nice to tear down hospitals.
someone i havent talked to in a few years went on july 1st, and the bathtubs had scratch marks in it. no animals can get in since they perfectly sealed it except a loose board that anyone who goes in seals it after. the police and law dont mind really if anyone goes in anymore
that hospital is absolutely haunting. you really have to see it to get the full feelLast edited by cocoa_pleco; 07-04-2007 at 06:23 AM.

Cocoa, you were saying that animals can't get in, but if a person can get in an animal can, too. Also if the windows are broken a bird could get in. Sounds like a freaky place. Can you get a picture of it?

Probably a state hospital since so many closed down and let the nuts run the streets. It's a danged shame with so many homeless folks out there that something could be used like this to house them. Of course, it could also be used to house the nuts.

You need to get an ordinance passed like the one they have in Lexington, KY.
Any building that sits unoccupied for 90 days must be demolished
