  1. Default What Species are These?

I made a big mistakei n buying these guys without a proper home so I'm buying a 100 Gallon tank from a lady I work with.....

Obviously they're african Cichlids but what exact species? The putz at the LPS didn't know other than they are fish that cost $6.00.

I'm trying to find out exactly what they are as I need to know how to get my tank set up properly.

I figure that since they're so small they'll be fin in the ten for a few days, maybe a week until I get the tank purchased, moved, and setup.

Are any of these products for fishless cycling worth their own packaging or are they pretty good?

    Default

First one is some kind of OB hybrid mbuna and a Melanochromis auratus.
Second one is a Melanochromis auratus.
Third one looks like a baby Sciaenochromis fryeri (a hap, not mbuna).
    Fourth is a Labidochromis caeruleus.
Fifth is a Pseudotropheus socolofi albino.

They may or may not be ok in a 10g for a few days. The auratus are wicked aggressive.
