Has anyone ever ordered from PetSolutions.com? Were you satified? Any issues? They seem to have a decent selection of fish and the shipping rates are reasonable.

I have ordered from their printed catalog (not online), but placed the order by telephone. I received my order promptly, and it was correct. Thus far, I have been satisfied with them. Their standard shipping/delivery is faster than Foster & Smith.

I made a mistake and ordered a wrong product, and when I called about it, a very polite gentleman agreed to issue me a credit for that product and said I didn't need to return it, as it would cost more to return it than the credit was worth.

I think you'll be pleased doing business with them. They seem to have a very good selection.

I've also ordered from them(internet) and would agree that the service was fine, and prices pretty competitive.

No. Generally, if I mail order fish, I get them from sources with well known good rep.

I ordered 3 goldfish from them once. The fish were packed extremely well, 1 of the 3 did come in bad shape and died the next day. The other 2 seemed very healthy and are still doing very well. I called and they refunded the fish with no trouble. I haven't ordered from there enough to tell how good they are though. You can give them a try though... They have a 14 day guarantee.

I order supplies from them all the time. There my number 1 online source and probably have order from them at least 20 times and love them. lady hobbs also uses them.
