Adding another

I own a 65 Gallon Fish tank with a Eco Pro Canister 80 Filter and I do 40% water change every other week.

Fish:
6 Yellow Labs: 4-Full Grown Yellow Labs 1- 3" Yellow Lab 1- 1/2" Yellow Lab
2- 2" Red Zebras
1- Full Grown Blue Chiclid
1- 2" VC10
1- 3" Frontosa
1 African Synodontis Catfish that will only grow a few inches now about 3"
4 Mystery snails

Can I add another small African Synodontis Catfish to my tank?

I'd say yes...you have good filtration and they're on the bottom, so they don't take away 'living' space from your mid-water fish...

Make sure they each have turf to hide in, but yeah, no real reason that won't work.

I would like to say I see a few problems in your future, unrelated to the syno (unless the frontosa eats them when its grown, which will probably kill the front and the syno)
