Fish Magazine
I upload pics on facebook of my fish and my best friend is sick of it. LOL!
If he or his wife got in the hobby, they wouldn't give me such a hard time about it. I was thinking of getting them a 1 year subscription to a fish/aquarium magazine. Might pick it up for myself as well.
Any thoughts on a good magazine? (preferably freshwater - goldfish should be included)90G Goldfish Tank - 2 ranchus, a black ranchu, and a Demekin.
32G Micro fish Tank (need new pic) - Tetras, barbs and a loach.

AFI: Aquarium Fish International

TFH: Tropical Fish Hobbyist magazine

These are probably to two most popular aquarium rags out there. FAMA (Freshwater and Marine Aquarium) is now gone but most of it's best articles and writers have been moved to AFI.
AFI is the best bargain as TFH is more expensive but they're both excellent mags.

Is it just me, or is there a similarity of content each month between the two? This month, for example, both magazines had an article specifically about planted tanks. In the past, I've seen both have articles specifically about clown fish in the same month, ones about dwarf cichlids, and one about FW inverts. Am I nuts, is it intentional, or just a weird coincidence?
