I was curious if it's possible to have too much flow. I just picked up a six line wrasse. This is the first fish in my tank and I wanted to make sure that I didn't have too much water flow for him. It's a 20 gallon tank, with a koralia nano and a vortec 700 gph. Is this too much flow for him?

Reason I ask is that he hasn't come out of the live rock too much. Is this their normal activity or is my flow too strong for him too feel comfortable coming out of the live rock.
