How do I request a ribbon?

As in the ribbon's on the right, below gifts? You buy them, just like gifts. You will find them in the shop menu.

I guess I didn't ask the right question.... I don't understand how to buy anything. I have points but am not sure what that means. I looked for information about the bank and AC $ but cannot find any information. Can someone direct me to the information please?

At the very top of the forum in the row of buttons starting with User CP there is one called "Shop Menu"

That is where you need to look

User CP......edit shop options.....then click on the bar bar where it says Aquarium store.

You must have enough money in your points and not in the bank to purchase, which you do. You can also purchase colors for your User Name, highlight it, make it in bold, etc.

You buy your ribbons. They are not requested.
