Where to buy Fogger for a tree frog tank, and how to make a waterfall?
So ive finally made a decision of what to do with my empty 10 gal, think im going to go with one or two green tree frogs. Been doing research for a little less than a week now and im ready to start setting up their home. But i've hit a snag, i'd like a waterfall and/or a fogger, but im not really sure where to find or how to build either of these things. I know you can buy waterfalls at some pet stores, but i'd be more happy making one (probably costs less too). Foggers i just have no idea about.
Thanks!

You could just buy a powerhead pump and use a flexible pipe to get the water to the top of the waterfall or vice versa.
Or you could use a small cannister filter to do something similar.
You can buy fake rock walls that would look good with water trickling down them, maybe with some moss attached here and there. Just search the www.
I just did a google search on terrarium waterfall and came up with a heap of pics to give you some ideas.~Col~

I'd suggest a ZooMed 501 canister filter for the pump on a waterfall... alot of people use powerheads in a screened off or false bottom tank but if anything happens to the motor you're kinda SOL.
For making a waterfall I'd use either stones or corkbark, something you can configure to flow the way you want it to and which moss and other epiphytes will grow onto alot easier... plants have a hard time growing on styrofoam and plastic which is what most preformed waterfalls are made out of. I never had much luck using rocks, too often the water would flow behind them instead of off the front.
As far as a fogger, I know www.neherpetoculture.com carries the new zoomed one... from what I've heard the new zoomed one is far less obtrusive and alot easier to use if you don't have a pool of water in the terrarium compared to the old style metal bell."Mommy, do you picture me as a naked chicken?"

How do you have the tank set up so far? Would you be willing to change any of it if necessary? I think those two questions should be answered first to give you all the options possible

Right now All ive got is some pebble substrate, some moss (not added yet), a water bowl and some plastic plants / vines, so yea, id definitely be willing to reorganize anything at this point!
