15G Pics
I finally took some pics of my 15 gallon tank at work.
It is a low light tank (15 watt 6700k bulb), with 1 anubia, 3 crypts, and a bunch of java fern.
I still have some plastic plants in the back, but I am going to phase them out slowly. I don't know of many low light background plants, so I will probably go with some swords and just let them crawl along.

Looks very nice but sure looks larger than a 15 gallon.

Looks more like a 20 gallon long to me. What are the dimensions of that tank?
8 tanks running now:
1x 220 gallon, 2x55 gallon, 1x40 gallon long, 1x29 gallon, 1x20 gallon long, 1x5.5 gallon, 1x2 gallon
Gouramis, barbs, rasboras, plecos, corys, tetras, fancy guppies, swordtails, ottos, rainbow shark, upside-down catfish, snails, and Max and Sparkles the bettas.

I guess the pics are a little deceiving, it is a standard 15g (24x12x12).
I cropped the black bottom rim and the hood out of the picture, that is probably why it looks so long.
I wish it was a 20 long, those tanks are the coolest.40g SW

Yup its a 15g. But if you want to get technical, its only 14.96.

Vallis makes a good background plant and grows well in low light.

Even thought it is lightly planted it looks really nice, how long have you been growing it?

I think about 3 months now. I recently added more plants, so that pic is actually out of date now. I dropped in more java, 2 more anubias, and a sword. For some reason, everything really grows well in this tank.
Thanks for the compliments!!!Last edited by coachfraley; 07-02-2007 at 05:58 AM.
