A question about fungus...
Hello fellow fish enthusiasts. I have an angel fish that has developed fungus. I've quarantined it into a smaller tank and have treated the tank with a commercial anti-fungal tablet. Does anyone know about how long the treatment will take before I can put it back in the community tank?

to the forum.
You would be better served, if you ask your question in either the Angelfish or Fish Diseases section. You will receive many more replys that way, as this section is just for introductions.
How long it will take, can depend on how advanced the disease is. It should give an indication on the med. package as to the duration, just follow the directions. Sometimes you need to repeat treatment until it clears up, or use a stronger medication. Try and figure why he got fungus (if it is in fact a fungus), will help, so you can hopefully rectify the problem, it usually comes down to a water quality issue."Practical life teaches us that people may differ and that both may be wrong: it also teaches us that people may differ and both be right."

Welcome to the AC....
You're getting old when you get the same sensation from a rocking chair that you once got from a roller coaster.
