Hello, I'm new to keeping cichlids
I have Juwel Trigon 350 (77gall) tank previously set up as a community tank but I am now setting it up to keep cichlids. The base is fine gravel and there is slate stacked to make bridges and caves. There is also a flower pot and an artificial hollow log with cut outs.
I have an upside catfish from my previous setup which I am hoping will survive in the new setup and also am planning to add a pleco or two as the water here as well as being very hard, has a high ph content making algae a problem at times.
I have found this site very helpful and will welcome any advice on the best fish to keep etc.
