where do you go to look at peoples pics and how do you put your on here

There are a couple of ways to do this.
The first is that at the bottom of the post function below "submit Reply" and "preview Post" is a button called manage attachments. This will allow you to upload pictures from your computer to the Internet, but they will be displayed as thumbnails at the bottom of the post.
To get your pictures to show up in the post text, you need to have them hosted on the internet (photobucket.com, imageshack.com ....) and then link the URL where the picture is located surrounding it with "[IMG]" Image URL "[/IMG]" without the quotation marks. You are not required to remember to the Code to do this. It can easily be done by clicking on the yellow picture with a mountain the "insert image icon". This will bring up a pop up asking you for a URL. Insert the URL of your Image and hit enter and it will automatically enter it in your post.46g planted tank:

You can also post your pictures in the photo gallery.
Click on photo gallery on the right hand menu of this forum.
Right under The top bar with USer CP is a second bar that reads
My photos, My Albums, My Favorites
Click on My albums and you can create your own album which will allow you to upload your pictures onto the site.46g planted tank:
