Crowntails and fringetails
Just curious, are they the same thing? I have a white fringetail. At least that's what I bought him as. But he kinda looks like a crowntail.
26 gallon planted- 1 Black Angelfish, 1 Clown Pleco, Community of Ghost Shrimp
3 gallon- Male orange VT betta "Mojave"

I have never head of a fringe tail, but I bet they are the same thing.

Fringetail is a new one to me as well. I am sure it is a crowntail.

Thanks Rich. That's not the first time the LFS labeled a fish wrong.

There are no backgrounds on either tank so the pics are weird also the fact that I'm a bad photographer.

The picture wont enlarge, but i zoomed in on the computer and it looks like a crown to me.
