. I ended up getting some fire-bellied toads today along with a few new plants. Not the most exotic animals in the world, but still cool-looking and fun to watch. Here's some pics...

A sundew plant. It's carnivorous :x.

A purple pitcher plant. Also carnivorous.

So close, but so far

And, a type of ivy. The name escapes me already.
I know the toads are male and female because we caught them, uhh, how do you say... hugging... yes let's go with that. Hopefully I'll see some eggs in the near future :D

Well I bet you guys will never guess who we found on our bathroom counter about a foot away from his tank
. Figures he escapes the day after I try to get a glass top and we find him the day after we give his home away

Ok, now I promise I'll stop spamming up the boards with my reptile stuff

Very nice! I don't find the red-bellied frogs 'ordinary' looking...I think they're beautiful!
