Saw my first bows in person
So, I saw my first bows at my lfs yesterday. Well, I've seen ones at PetSmart and wasn't terribly impressed.
These were the first I've seen in a proper tank, fed well, etc.
They were turquoise, and a school of around five. Not only pretty, but they seemed, well, curious. In that they responded like cichlids and gourami do to my "finger test".
Neat fish!

Did you get any?

Nah. The only tank I have open is a 20-high, and I'm not sure the turquoise would do well in there. Dwarf rainbows maybe, but they didn't have those.

Rainbows are the best schooling fish, IMO. You could get threadfins or celebs rainbows or some blue eyes (considdering tank size, not stock).
