    I dont use meds, but I remove the plants and soak them in alum for 3 days as to kill ICH that can lay dormant on it. then treat with heat of 88 degrees to 90 degrees for a few weeks, I dont turn the heat back down to 84 till 2 weeks after any signs of ICH are gone.

    That should be fine.
    Think with logic and rationality more than emotion. Act with moderation and consideration. Contemplate ideals and realistic goals and weigh out possibilities and options. Temper not with personal delusions or false hope but learn to accept and move on.

    Ok so i put my tank at 30 C / 86 F , i bought Seachem Paraguard , never tested it before but i know is much less toxic than other product. The day after the ick is almost gone, ill keep the traitement for 2 weeks.
