Thread: The jungle tank

    Default The jungle tank

Set up 4 months ago. No CO2, low lights and ferts almost never. A bit of iron now and then, is all. Obviously the Ludwigia would be more red with better lights but my fish don't care so neither do I.

I so need another tank to move some of this stuff.

    Now that’s a planted tank

    Looks excellent.
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

But still I can not grow java moss! Don't worry. I had many failures of my own from melting plants, algae, diatoms for nearly forever, etc. I found the less I fed the danged things, the less problems I had. I still do nearly 50% water changes every 10 days, tho. Probably should cut that back.

I was actually thinking more of you just buying me another tank! I could brain myself for giving my other away now.

Ok, I got it. Fly me up there by you and in the middle of the night just move the tank out of his house, and we can move your plants over. Deal?

Way to go Lady Hobbs - now that is a fine tank!
Why do people always scream when I'm driving?
