Female rainbow
Hi. I have 4 rainbows [2 males and 2 females] in a community tank. One of the females who is probably full of eggs as she looks quite fat ,has been quite lethargic for the last few days. All she seems to be doing is staying in the one spot just below the water line and not showing much interest in anything. Any ideas?

Constepated maybe instead of full of eggs. Try feeding her some crushed peas.

I forgot to mention that they are dwarf rainbows. I don't know if it makes any difference. and thanks for the suggestion about the peas. I will try that

She doesn't seem to be interested in eating at all.

Did you smash them/strain them through a strainer. You could just let them float then along the top eventually she will try to eat them. Again this is just for constipation she could have something like an inside bacterail infection you could try some minced EXTREMELY SMALL garlic also. It will help kill/prevent bacterial infections Interanally anyways

my two favorites in my life.
