Awesome sticky! After using this, and several other resources, i ordered some microworms from ebay for two bucks, and set up four jars, instant oats and water, instant oats and milk, instant potatoes and water, instant potatoes and milk. Boiled the water first. Thats all. No yeast. Instant oats and water are by large and far the best food recipe in my personal experience. Happy breeding!
