Very nice as always!
A question on your embers ... about how long does it take for them to darken and color up to that degree? Or is there something I need to do?
I've got a small school of 6 that I got in two seperate batches. The first three around three weeks ago, and the second set of three a couple days ago.
I noticed with the first set that they were really really white/translucent ... and they've colored some over time. Once I got the second set, the difference in coloring is striking. I expect the second set to start coloring up too ... but neither set have colored to the extent yours have.
If any of that makes sense.

Got it. My water is soft. The tank isn't heavily planted, though. I've only had them total 3 weeks, and I've read where it does take them a bit to "fire up". I can be patient. I will also try a different lighting set. It may be my lighting is too intense.
