red rainbows spawning
hey guys. so my red rainbowfish (glossolepis incisus) boy has been trying to spawn with the female that we got for him for a while, but until recently she paid no attention to him. as of lately she's been more receptive and they have begun to spawn. he gets very very excited and tries really hard to impress her. i spent a good while trying to photograph them and only got the following pictures.
first the male:

the female (unsure if she's G. incisus or G. pseudoincisus, if you could shed some light that'd be great):

together (notice the other fish - this is why the eggs don't ever survive):

i love my rainbows!
