I've recently started out in the fish game so am still learning myself.
What temp is your tank?

The reason I ask is mine is 18 deg (unheated) and I have Orange platies living happily alongside white tipped tetras and zebra long fin danios.
Also now have a couple of yamato shrimp which the fish don't seem to even notice.


The tetras and danios seem to mix nicely however the platies seem to go off and do their own thing and ignore the others completely lol

Tetras, corys, rasboras, cherry barbs you have a lot of possibilities.
